Which charging cable should I use?Updated 2 months ago
Some LuminAID models can be recharged using a 5V micro-USB charging cable.
If your LuminAID has a micro-USB input port, you can use the micro-USB cable included with your light to recharge it between 1-4 hours.
To charge your LuminAID:
- Insert the micro-USB end of the cable into the charging port on your LuminAID.
- Connect the USB end to a computer or compatible 5V USB wall adapter.
- Allow your LuminAID to charge according to the recommended charging time for your model.
The micro-USB charging port is located near the solar panel on compatible models.
Please note: The cable included with your LuminAID is intended for charging the light and is not designed to charge a phone or other device.
If your light isn't charging via USB, or seems to be charging slowly, try a different cable and USB port. We recommend at least a 1A output for optimal charging speed.
If your LuminAID does not have a micro-USB port, refer to your product's guide for charging instructions.
