If your LuminAID product is not working as expected, we're here to help. 

All LuminAID products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and issues with product functionality under normal use. 

To submit a warranty claim, please fill out the form at the bottom of the help center page OR you may contact our Customer Support team with the following information:

• Order number (if purchased directly from LuminAID)
• Product name/model
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem
• Proof of purchase (if purchased from a retailer)

Our team will review your request and help determine the best solution, which may include troubleshooting, or a product replacement if the issue is covered under warranty.
