How do I charge my phone with LuminAID?Updated 2 months ago
Our 2-in-1 Power Lanterns have a USB-A output port that can charge your mobile device.
If you have an iPhone, the cable that came with it can be used to charge it from the LuminAID light. Many Android phones can be charged using their included cables. If your device uses USB-C, you'll need a USB-C to USB-A cable, or the proper adapter, to recharge your phone with our light.
Step 1: Take the USB cable you normally use to charge your phone, and plug the small end into your phone. Plug the large end into the light's USB port.
Step 2: Press the red Battery Button to initiate a charge. You should see your phone start to charge.

If your phone is not charging, a faulty cable may be the culprit, so try a different cable. Larger phones will not be able to be recharged 100% with all of our lanterns.
