We do not currently support international returns.
Our international replacement policy also includes a 1-year full warranty. We reserve the right to provide store credit in the amount of the original posted price on LuminAID.com for any international replacement requests. We do our best to provide outstanding service to our international customers, but are unable to cover the cost of replacement shipping at this time.
