If your product is not functioning properly due to a manufacturing defect or issue under normal use, please contact our Customer Support team. We’ll review your request and help determine the best solution, which may include a replacement product or store credit. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or improper use
- Improper care or maintenance
- Accidents, loss, or theft
- Normal wear and tear
If you purchased directly from LuminAID.com, we also offer a 100-day return window for any reason, including if you changed your mind or would like to exchange your product for a different model.
