How does LuminAID work with nonprofits?Updated 2 months ago

LuminAID works with a number of humanitarian organizations around the world who work to provide safe light to those in need through our Give Light Get Light program.

These organizations focus on a range of issues including disaster relief, education, health, poverty, and women's empowerment. Our partner organizations have distributed LuminAID solar lights to more than 100 countries around the world. We choose our partners based on their ability to effectively identify beneficiary communities and respond to their needs, as well as the logistical capacity to receive and distribute solar lights.

We are a for-profit company, so we typically sell our lanterns to nonprofits and community groups at a discount, to support their work. You can learn more at luminaid.com/give-light. Our Charitable-Use Application is how organizations can apply for these rates: nonprofit.luminaid.com
