Ready to use your Lumen Rewards points? Follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your LuminAID account.
2. Click “Get Started” to open your Lumen Rewards account.
3. Your Lumen Rewards dashboard will appear as a pop-up on the left side of the page.
4. Browse the available rewards and click “Redeem” to select the reward you'd like to use.
5. You must have enough points to redeem the reward you select.
6. Once you redeem your points, you'll receive a reward code.
7. Enter your reward code at checkout on LuminAID.com to apply your reward to your purchase.

Rewards may include perks such as free shipping or free LuminAID products.

Want to Save Your Reward for Later?

No problem! You'll also receive a confirmation email with your reward code after redeeming your points. Keep the email so you can access your code when you're ready to use it.
