If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible at [email protected].
Please include your order number in your email so we can locate your order quickly. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to help cancel it. However, once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and you will need to request a return instead.
If your order has already shipped, our team can help guide you through the return process.
